BRONZE PROGRAM – FAQ’S

Once a customer purchases tickets, are there any Refunds or Exchanges?
There are no Refunds or Exchanges on any tickets purchased unless the event cancels and is ‘not’ re-scheduled. All rescheduled canceled events do not receive a refund or exchange.

Do I need a W9 for your program?
Yes! After registering you will receive a welcome email along with a W9 form. You must complete and send in W9 before we set up your affiliate site.

Can I share my Affiliate Code with others?
No! Your affiliate code and site is unique to you. If you are a transportation company, your QR code will allow your passengers to see concerts and sporting events which will take them directly to your site to purchase tickets. If you are a small business, you can use QR Codes or banners and links to direct customers to your unique URL.

Who Pays for my QR Code?
QR Codes are inexpensive and you can go online and upload your URL to get an instant QR Code.

Use of QR Codes?
Yes, display your QR code on your business cards or hang it on the back of the passenger seat so passengers can snap a photo and download.

How much commission do I make?
You make 10% commission for every sale.

When do I get paid?
You receive commissions the following month of the actual event.
Commissions are paid in the form of a check and mailed out by the 5th of every month.

Can I track my sales?
Yes! In your portal there will be a drop down bar to run reports.
