It is most important to tell your passengers per the Terms and Conditions:

There are No Refunds or Exchanges once Purchased
Refunds are allowed only in the case that the event is cancelled and not re-scheduled.
Failure to communicate the points above to your passengers will result in forfeit of commissions if the Passenger requests a
refund or exchange after purchase.
