Once a customer purchases tickets, are there any Refunds or Exchanges?
There are no Refunds or Exchanges on any tickets purchased unless the event cancels and is ‘not’ re-scheduled. All rescheduled canceled events do not receive a refund or exchange.
Can I create my own set-up for Username/Password and logo?
Yes, you must click on “Sign Up Now” button in the “Sign-Up” Form and fill in all required registration information. Once you submit, a representative will set up your account within 24 hours except for Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Holiday’s. You will receive a Welcome Affiliate email with login instructions to your custom ticket portal. A W9 form will also be attached in your confirmation email; please complete the W9 form and return by email. You will note that your UN will default to your email address. This is for security purposes in order to avoid any hackers.
What if I have multiple users, can I use one PW and UN?
Yes, absolutely. All of your team members can use one PW and UN to access your company account.
What if I have multiple users, can I set up PW’s and UN’s for all users?
Yes, absolutely. Before clicking the “Register Now” button in the “Sign Up Form” , please add all “Additional Users” and you will add additional Users by first/last name, email and password. Your UN’s always default to your Email. This is for security purposes to protect from hackers. Once you’ve completed your Affiliate Registration, a Welcome Affiliate email with login instructions will be forwarded so you may begin to access your custom ticket portal. Only one W9 form needs to be completed which is typically the company owner.
Do I need a W9 Form to receive commissions?
Yes, we will forward you a W9 form with your “Welcome Affiliate” email after you submit your Affiliate Registration Form.
How do I earn commissions?
Every time you make a sale through your portal, LasVegasTickets.com will send you a check the following month of the actual event.
Is there a minimum sales requirement to remain an affiliate?
There is no minimum requirement however as a LasVegasTicket.com affiliate, we expect our affiliates to market your new services and add to your product catalog.
What is the Commission Structure?
10% on all Sales
Are there Sales Tracking Capabilities?
Yes! In the concierge menu there is a tab for reports. Only Administrators or Level 2-3 Users can run reports. If you have additional users, they will be put under Level 1 User only unless stipulated.
